Transurethane Shield (TO 3.45) is a high-solids polyurethane coating designed for above-waterline areas where excellent durability, gloss retention, and colour retention are required.

The product provides a durable protective finish for marine and industrial coating systems and is suitable for use with compatible protective coating systems. Transurethane Shield has also been tested and approved with Transpoxy ARC primer according to Norsok M-501 requirements.

Mixing and Thinning

Transurethane Shield is supplied as a two-component coating system consisting of Base and Hardener.

The recommended mixing ratio is Base : Hardener = 82:18.

The recommended thinner is Transocean PU Thinner 6.04.

Mix the two components thoroughly according to the recommended mixing ratio before application. Only use the recommended thinner when thinning is required.
